Outdoor
At the OPD level, all the 14 Departments are representing their existence for the welfare of humanity & benefit of patients. The Clinical Departments which are rendering  treatment to the patients are Kaya chikitsa, Panchakarma, Shalya Tantra, Shalakya Tantra, Prasuti-Stri Roga and Bal Roga, Besides rendering services for post-graduate research work Shareer Rachana, and Dravya Guna, to select specified cases and arrange their specific treatments accordingly. Specific days are allotted these Departments in the OPD.

Indoor
The total bed strength is 100, Which are allocated among different Departments as per occupancy. There is a provision for additional three private wards in the hospital.  

Cottage and Cubical Wards
Cottage and Cubical Wards are also available in the Indoor Hospital. There is much demand for these wards with patients always waiting in for their turn. Sufficient medicines are available both in OPD and IPD are dispensed free of cost to patients. Routine pathological, Biochemical & Serological tests are available at nominal costs. In addition this X-rays & ECG facilities are also providing to general public by this hospital. Apart from this, X-Ray, ECG, etc are also provided.

3.  Patient Care Program by Medical camp

College also undertakes Medical Aid Camps in Rural areas of M.P.. Medical check-up and free distribution of medicines are done in each Camp by IEC programs. Several Medical Camps organized by Govt Dhanwantari Ayurvedic College & Hospital for School children also .
Total No. of Health Camp from 1st July 2006 to 28 Feb. 2007 are 3367.

4.  TT Operation camp

College also undertakes TT operation  Camps on every tuesday for family planning
organized by Govt Dhanwantari Ayurvedic College & Hospital .
Total No. of TT Operation from 1st Jan. 2006 to 28 Feb. 2007 are 350.
