Advertisement for Admission of Certificate Course of Panchkarma Training,

ACADMIC YEAR 2007

Application are invited for three months Certificate Course of Panchkarma Training

The executive committee of Govt. Auto. Dhanvantari Ayurved College invites application form for certificate course in Panchkarma under self finance scheme. No application form would be accepted after the date of Commencement Application form should be in the given proforma. Admission will be given according to rules. After three months training the trainee would be awarded the certificate by the college.

1. Accomodation : The hostel facility would be provided if available as per rules otherwise student has to arrange for himself.

2. TA : No TA-DA would be provided in any case by college.

3. Training Period - 3 months.

4. Training plan : 2 theory classes & one 90 mins. practical class everyday.

5. Selection Process : Admission will be given on the basis of Merit.

6. Examination : The written & practical examination will be conducted by the college after completion of 3 months training. The student must qualify it.

7. Certificate : The qualified trainees would be awarded the certificate by the college.

8. This is self finance course accepted by executive committee of  "Govt. Autonomous Dhanwantari Ayurveda College, Ujjain (M.P.)" It is to be started to make Panchkarma popular among the people.

9. A Computerised application form alongwith demand draft of Rs.300/- in favour Of  "Principal Govt. Autonomous Dhanwantari Ayurveda College, Ujjain (M.P.)" Otherwise application form liable to be rejected.

10. Any govt. employee working in any institution would be given admission only after the permission of Head of Institution. The employee also has to come in Merit List.

11. Application form would be rejected in case of any wrong/incomplete information. A call letter will be sent to only selected candidates.

12. The decision of principal will be final in any dispute.

ACADMIC YEAR 2005-06

Application are invited for three year M.D. (Ayurveda) Dravyaguna(04),Kaya Chikitsa(03) & Rachna Sharir(02)Total (09) Admission capacity for the academic year 2005-06

            Completed applications should be reached to the college by registered post or individually on 22nd May 06 during office time.

            Applications of those Candidates are consideralable who fulfill the terms & conditions as mentioned below. After the last date no application will be entertained.

1. B.A.M.S. Degree from constitutional faculty /University which are affiliated from 2nd Schedule 1970 from C.C.I.M.

2. Rotatory internship should be completed on or before the last date of application. Incompletion of internship on said date the form will be rejected.

3. Changing of the subject option should not be permissible in any condition.

4. Admission process will be strictly conducted on the basis of merit.

5. Application must be fulfilled in prescribed Proforma only.

6. Attested photocopies of below mentioned documents must be attached with the Application form.

(i)         Age related certificate.

(ii)        All the mark sheets of Graduate degree.

(iii)       Internship Completion Certificate.

(iv)       Caste Certificate (If Candidate belongs to reserved Category)

(v)        Domicile certificate

(vi)       Registration Certificate for medical practice of Concerned State/Board/Council

(vii)      Original documents must be produced at the time of entrance Examination.

7. The status of reservation / seat distribution are following in present academic Year.

8. Applicants which are in Govt. service must sent their application through Proper channel.

9. A demand draft of Rs.500/- from the UR ,OBC & All other state Applicant, demand draft Rs. 250/-, for ST & SC (Belongs to M.P. state) Candidates with the application must have to attach a Draft should be in favour Of  "Principal Govt. Autonomous Dhanwantari Ayurveda College, Ujjain (M.P.)" Otherwise application form liable to be rejected.

10. Examination fees should not be returned in any condition & no correspondence Will be accepted for this Purpose.

11. In absence of suitable candidate from the other state the seats (other state) Would be filled by the meritorious candidate of the M.P. state.

12. Selected Candidates must be fulfill the bond & deposit fee in the college, which Would be decided by autonomous committee of the institution.

13. The selected candidate (Kaya chikitsa & Rachna sharir & Dravya guna) will Obtained stipend as per norms only in anticipation of grant received from the Govt. of India on the basis of progressive studies & good conduct.

14. Selection of Candidate on the basis of written examination, obtained marks in Related subject & B.A.M.S. final year exam. The merit will be made in the index of 100 Marks by following procedures: -

    1. Index of obtained marks in written examination in out of 80, Index of Obtained marks in related subject in degree course out of 10, index of obtained Marks in final year exam out of 10, after that the final merit will be prepared.

    2. For the admission of every specialty marks of that subject, final year total marks & Marks obtained in written exam are the base of subject wise merit list according To priority of subject by candidate merit list  & availability of seats, the final Merit list will by prepared and declared.

    3. The written examination of 80 Marks will have normal written question Paper that covers all subjects according to syllabus of B.A.M.S. & all questions are objective type (Multiple choice).

    4. 50% minimum eligibility Marks for UR & OBC  & 40% minimum Eligibility Marks for ST & SC Candidates.

15. If there is any dispute during process of entrance examination Principal's decision Would be last and final.

16. If the Candidates obtained equal marks in Entrance examination, the preferences are given to elder Candidates.

17. The candidates must decide themselves whether they are eligible for entrance exam or not. If not than in written exam or after entrance in any condition. The right of rejection of application is totally preserved for principal.

18. Date of Entrance Exam will be informed separately.
